Installation of metal frames for walls and ceilings
The first and most important step is installing the metal frame. For walls and partitions, we primarily favor the STILL type installation, with systematic doubling of the uprights for greater rigidity. We ensure solid anchoring to guarantee a long-lasting installation.
For ceilings, we adapt our methods. We use a furring and suspension system, or a self-supporting system if possible.
For this type of intervention, CJMBI also has ten-year insurance to ensure your peace of mind.
Glass wool insulation and installation of BA13 type plasterboard
The stage of insulation and the installation of plasterboard is important, the quality of the insulation is important, that of the boards is just as important.
For this reason, CJMBI only works with specialized and recognized suppliers, in order to guarantee the proper implementation of materials. We pay particular attention when installing BA13 type plasterboard and we check the proper rigidity of the assembly.
The insulation will be defined before the intervention, whether acoustic or thermal, in order to ensure that your wishes and your budget are respected.
Production of joints with paper tape or so-called reinforced tape
CJMBI takes care of making your joint tapes, in paper or reinforced.
We use coatings from recognized manufacturers to guarantee a perfect finish.
The installation of joint tape is carried out in three stages: Gluing, Filling and Finishing.
These steps are crucial to obtain a solid support that requires little sanding in preparation for painting.
Unlike many companies, CJMBI does not outsource this step.
